This page is to show you how to track your order after your order gets shipped. After your order gets shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. The email includes the items that get shipped, tracking number, tracking website, etc.

The tracking website sent to you can't update promptly according to our experience. So we recommend you may track your order on the following websites:

1. First website is http://www.yuntrack.com. Input the tracking number sent to you, click the "track my parcel" bar, and you'll get the detailed tracking information.

2. Second website is https://www.17track.net/en. Input the tracking number sent to you, select "auto-detect carrier" of the carrier option, click track and you'll get the detailed tracking information.

3. Third website is your country's postal system. After the package is released from Customs, most Tesla Acessories packages will be handed over to and delivered by your country's postal system. 

How to get the tracking number for your country's postal service?

You can use the tracking number, which is included in the shipping confirmation email, and track on this site then you'll get several numbers. The "Last Mile Delivery Tracking Number" is the one for your country's postal service.

At last, if you can't track by following the above steps, please fill in the information box below and get in touch with Tesla Acessories Customer Service. We'll reply to you within 24 hours.

1. Processing time
1) Normally, orders after payment will be ready for shipment within 48 working hours. When there is a holiday or weekend, there may be a slight delay.
2) For some tools with Yuebbn product  brand labels, the warehouse workers may hide the labels/stickers in the packing boxes. If you don't find the sticker, please contact Yuebbn product  online customer service for help.

2. Shipping cost

2) Yuebbn product  is currently shipped using express or special shipping lines, the current average shipping time to the world in about 10-15 days (wheels, steering wheels and other custom products to customer service to inform you of the time shall prevail),.

2) If you have any request for a specific shipping method, please leave a note in your order.

4) Once the package is shipped, Yuebbn product  will update the tracking number on the website and you will receive an email directly with the tracking number.

4. Important Notes
1) Goods not subject to customs duties

For some EU countries, such as UK, France, Italy, Germany, etc. We may choose some duty-free channels for shipping. The shipping declaration value we will write lower than the actual value.

2) EMS shipping

For Russia, Brazil and other countries, TESLA product  can directly choose EMS as the default shipping method. If you choose express shipping or have special requirements, we will inform you by email.

Normally, most of the items on our website can be shipped to most countries in the world. However, different shipping methods may have different restrictions on delivery locations. For example, so far only EMS is available for Russia, but other shipping methods such as DHL, UPS cannot reach Russia. In this case, our customer service staff will give you some guidance.

3) Customs duties

When buying goods from other countries, it is the responsibility of every buyer to pay customs duties.

Some countries may require a tax ID for shipment and in order to pass through customs in these countries you must add the customer's tax ID to the shipping label.

4) Phone number
