Shipping policy

We usually ship within 24 hours of your order. In uncommon cases (weekend or holiday), it can take up to one week before the parcel leaves.

Shipping is free worldwide.

After we ship, most orders arrive in 7–10 business days. Holidays and peak seasons can add time.

You will get a tracking number by email when the order ships. If the tracking is missing, email service@yuebbn.com with your order number.

If the package has not arrived after 15 business days, contact us and we will look it up.

If something unexpected comes up with your order, we will reach you by email or text message. Please check your inbox and your phone.

We cover customs duties. You should not be asked to pay duty to receive the package. If a carrier still collects a duty charge, email us the receipt and we will reimburse it.
